Day 3 and 4

I am still holding strong to not falling off the train. I have not had any sugar or carbs. However the first week when I restart have always been easy for me. It is the end of the second week that usualy get me. I am finding it interesting to track my macros. I am actually closer to 20 carbs a day then I thought I was. I have gone over a bit one day. But did not feel any sugar cravings from it. I stopped at the store to get turmeric. I want to try making a paste to add to my food. While at the store I smelled the cakes as I walked by. They smelled so bad to me. In my old way of eating I wouldn’t have even realized there was a smell to them but would see them and instantly crave them. What a difference.
