Day 1

i am on a life changing journey that includes weight loss and changing the way i eat and adding exercise. i have done it before and it worked. i started out at 285 and now i am about 255. i started in a size 26 jeans now im in a 24 that r lose on me. my end goal is to weight 170 and/or wear size 9/10. i have changed somethings but i still have a ways to go. my short term goal is to get in to a 22 jeans i will see how close i am tomorrow.
