Just wanted to say my husband bought me a fit book for xmas last year and its just awesome!! I think anybody wanting to get healthy and track there results weather it be food, walking, miles, steps or whatever the fitbook is the way to go. I had a heart attack last November and had to lose weight and eat better and get healthy. Happy to say I have changed my diet with a plant base lifestyle and have lost 73lbs and my lipid panel is outrageous from last year. I record each and everyday what i eat, walking, exercising, steps it even has a place for water. It has helped me so much look back and see wrongs and results that is so helpful so if you are starting to get healthy and need to keep track I really recommend the fitbook.
