Hello there!

It’s been awhile since I wrote anything on here but I’m fine. And I’m not just saying it to convince myself this time. I’m a fairly good place mentally and that’s new. Yeah, I still have my moments where I feel alone and the anxiety really takes over but its been months since my last serious panic attack, I must be doing something right.
Still, it’s hard to open up sometimes but I’ve found a medium to channel my emotions so I’m doing great, at least for now.
I hope I can continue writing on here once in a while…
