What if you released your fears and allowed yourself to be fully present in the moment?

Do not allow worry and fear of the future to make you suffer twice, in the present and in the future.

Worrying is carrying tomorrow’s load with today’s strength – carrying two days at once. Worrying doesn’t empty tomorrow of its sorrow, it empties today of its strength.

Take a deep breath… You have the strength you need to get through today.

  1. I’m an intense worrier. This is a good way of seeing what I do to myself. You are correct. Let go of the worry, it really does nothing useful. (And this relates nicely to the post I made earlier today, in which I talk of letting go, and that letting go is in essence letting go of worry).
