This might sound weird. But im wanting to start a journal to help with some... well.. mental disorders i have. Overall i manage them well, but i think this could be a good way to keep track of everything, and maybe noticing a pattern, and maybe even help others with similar problems. Maybe even get me in the habit of writing so i can finish my book.
